Terms and Conditions


Nothing is ever added to the total charge you see at our checkout ("What You See Is What You Pay"), there are no hidden extras and shipping charges (if any) are included.  For your added security, we do not retain credit/debit card details and cannot add to your order once submitted.  If you need additional items, you will need to submit another order - which is why we recommend registering and choosing to receive a Promo Code for use with a second order (see below).


Unwanted products; there is a 25% re-stocking charge for items which are returned to us within 30 days of the Invoice/Sales Receipt date. Goods must be unused, complete and in the original packaging, in suitable condition for re-sale. Initial and return shipping costs are not refunded, and we cannot accept returns after 30 days. Sorry, no returns are accepted for orders submitted using our Economy Shipping option. For infection control reasons, we are unable to accept the return of certain products, whether used or not, and this is noted on the product page at our eStore.

Faulty products; AZReam, Inc. warrants that goods supplied will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. For claims within 30 days we will either refund all charges or invoke the manufacturer's warranty on your behalf (your choice), upon receipt of the returned faulty item - we suggest that items are returned to us by a trackable method with a signature on delivery option. No refund will be given until a returned faulty item has been safely received by us and the nature of the defect has been verified. No returns are accepted after 30 days from Invoice/Sales Receipt date.

In both cases, please contact us before taking action.

Cancelled Orders

Cancellation of an order in process which would otherwise be delivered within our stated timeframe will be regarded as a return of unwanted products, and the re-stocking charge will apply.

There are some exceptions to this general return policy, certain products which we cannot accept for return because of the manufacturer's infection control guidelines - they are noted on the individual product pages where appropriate.

Shortage & Discrepancies
Must be notified in writing (email acceptable) within 7 days of delivery.

Promo Codes

For those choosing to register at this eStore a Promo Code may be offered.  You are not obligated to receive our Newsletters or Product Updates in order to receive a Promo Code.  However, the Promo Code offered at sign up is not issued until after your first order has been received (i.e. it is for use with a subsequent order, not your initial order).

Registration at the eStore is entirely optional, you are more than welcome to purchase without registering, but customers in Arizona should register for important additional information.


We occasionally offer free samples to those registering at this eStore.  Certain samples are for product which may only be sold to or by a Licensed Medical Practitioner.  We reserve the right not to send samples to persons who do not furnish us with the necessary details, or where we deem it to be otherwise inappropriate to do so.  We also reserve the right to substitute any free sample requested with an alternative, should stocks become exhausted.


Shipping and shipping options are as detailed on the separate Shipping page.  Please note; your payment card will be charged when you submit your order, which is not necessarily the same day as it is shipped.
