Most Orders for $150.00 or more ship FREE* in the US!
Most "In Stock" products ship same or next business day, but please allow 10-14 business days for some items - we will notify you if it will take longer than 21 days.
For small orders under $25.00, we offer an Economy Shipping rate of just $6.50! Small orders will either be shipped by USPS 1st Class Mail (USPS Ground Advantage) or USPS Priority Mail, both with tracking, and we do not accept returns or claims for non-delivery.

For all other U.S. orders less than $150.00 we charge $10.50 flat rate shipping, and despatch by the most economic trackable method available. This is our standard default shipping rate for all orders under $150 - most often, these orders will be shipped by USPS Priority® Mail. Please note; there are some products for which we are not able to offer our standard flat rate or free shipping - these have a shipping charge noted on the product page and your total shipping cost will be displayed before you submit your order. Nothing will ever be added to that total charge.
For Canada and Mexico there is an economy small order (up to $99.99) shipping option of just $26.50. For EU member countries and the UK there is also a (EuroZone) small order shipping option of $39.50, and for Australia there is a charge of only $35.00. Puerto Rico shipping rates are mostly the same as for the U.S. except for Mini orders, which are $9.95. See also International Orders below.
Hawaii and Alaska shipping rates are also mostly the same low rates as for the whole of the U.S.
The total shipping charge, if any, and all the options will display at the checkout before you complete your order. For a shipping quote before proceeding to the checkout, you will need to have items in your shopping cart and provide an address! See also below regarding the expedited shipping option.
And that's it - the amount you see at the checkout is the amount you pay. Nothing else will ever be added to the cost of your order - no hidden extras, no surcharges, nothing.

Expedited shipping is available for all US orders - we charge a flat rate of $39.75 extra for small orders and $65.00 for orders of $100.00 or more. We use the fastest method available by either Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS to your area (the actual carrier we choose depends on your location and the weight/size of your package, and sometimes the method chosen by the manufacturer if shipping direct). Expedited means "as quickly as we can", not necessarily overnight - US customers should still allow 7-10 working days, although obviously we'll make it quicker than that if at all possible. We strongly recommend that you contact us to check product availability before choosing this option.
International Orders are despatched by the safest and most economic method available - please allow 14-21 days for most items - we will notify you if it is expected to take longer than 28 days. Again, the expedited shipping option means we'll use a quicker shipping method. We are not responsible for local country taxes or any delays through customs procedures, or local postal/shipping services. Please note that, due to international distributor agreements, we can only supply 3M™ Littmann™ branded products within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. Orders from outside this region will be cancelled, or cancelled in part if other items are included on the order (with adjustment to the shipping charge, if appropriate) - sorry!
Please contact us if you require a quote for international shipping prior to despatch - however, in such cases we may be obliged to quote you higher than the actual cost, as international rates can vary and are not always known in advance. We do not seek to profit from shipping, packaging & insurance costs.
In all cases, unless we have agreed credit account facilities, goods are not prepared for despatch until a cleared funds payment has been received - when ordering online, this is normally immediate or on the next working day.

There is no sales tax for shipping outside Arizona, but when submitting your order online, this is not reflected in the shopping cart until such time as a shipping address has been provided.
(i.e. until we know where you are, we can't calculate sales tax correctly!)

Registration at the eStore is entirely optional, you are more than welcome to purchase without registering, but customers in Arizona should register for important additional information.
TRACKING
The shipment method (carrier) for your order will be shown on an email sent to the email address you provided when you ordered, and will normally be either USPS, FedEx or UPS. For FedEx and UPS shipments, the tracking number can also be found on that email. For USPS shipments, the tracking number will be in a separate email from www.stamps.com. In all cases, PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM for all notifications.
