Designed with a specialized handle for a secure grip, ClearLook Lighted Ear Curettes provide an unobstructed view of the ear canal. ClearLook is available in six tip styles: FlexLoop®, VersaLoop®, CeraSpoon® AngleLoop®, MicroLoop® and InfantScoop® for diverse cerumen conditions.
Indications
The intended use of ClearLook Lighted Ear Curette is to remove cerumen and/or foreign bodies from and illuminate a patient’s ear canal without causing injury.
Contraindications
There are no absolute contraindications for cerumen removal.

ClearLook Lighted Ear Curettes are not sterile as the procedure which they are used for does not require sterilization.
We recommend that you use CPT code 69210 for potential reimbursement. ClearLook Lighted Ear Curettes can also be used for foreign body removal, which can be submitted under CPT code 69200 for potential reimbursement.
