06/16/25 - Our order processing and shipping will be paused from 06/22/25 thru 07/04/25, normal service will resume on 07/05/25.03/26/25 - As you may know President Trump has imposed a new 20% tariff (two separate 10% duties) on all products from China. Therefore, we have been obliged to increase prices on products from China provided by some manufacturers, effective immediately, and we have done this by no longer offering a discounted price for the affected products - which includes certain (but not all) stethoscopes, blood pressure sets, oximeters, penlights, some scissors and instruments, gait belts, badge reels, pens and watches.
12/18/24 - Canada Post’s operations have resumed. Canada Post have asked for patience as stabilizing operations will take time.
11/29/24 - For our Canadian customers, please note; the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) has started a national strike. Canada Post’s operations will be shut down for the duration of a national strike. Customers will experience delays. Effective 11/29/24, the US Postal Service has temporarily suspended international mail acceptance to Canada due to Canada Post indicating that they are unable to process or deliver international mail or services as a result of the ongoing national strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers.
03/11/24 - For the time being, we have discontinued our association with Sychem Surgical Ltd following their acquisition of the surgical division of S. Murray & Company towards the end of last year. Our remaining inventory of S. Murray instruments remains available for immediate shipment, while that stock lasts.

08/17/22 - A reminder about Expedited Shipping, especially while the supply chain remains disrupted; Expedited shipping is available for most US orders. We generally use the fastest method available by either Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS to your area (the actual carrier we choose depends on your location and the weight/size of your package, and sometimes the method chosen by the manufacturer if shipping direct). Expedited means "as quickly as we can", not necessarily overnight - US customers should still allow 7-10 working days. We strongly recommend that you contact us to check product availability before choosing the Expedited Shipping option.

12/08/21 - We continue to ship as normal for most of our in stock products, but for small orders shipped via our Economy shipping option (which most often is USPS First Class Mail), deliveries are taking longer, following the changes made by USPS and as the peak Christmas shipping period approaches. For Expedited shipping, we recommend that you contact us by email before selecting this option.
10/25/21 - the supply of disposable gloves has become erratic once more - there is currently limited availabilty of some gloves and sizes. In addition, many products generally are affected by the ongoing disruption to the supply chain.
08/23/21 - demand for Face Mask Dispensers is surging once again. Production has been ramped up, but there are now extended lead times for some (not all) models.

04/11/21 - New arrivals this month include a great range of Mobile Carts from Bowman in a new category which, shockingly, we have called "Mobile Carts". Also new to the eStore is an ever-increasing selection of the fine British Surgical Instruments from S. Murray & Co., complementing the high quality range from Platts & Nisbett, together with De Soutter Arthroscopy Hand Instruments. We can of course also quote for your specific requirements for these instruments, including hundreds in the S. Murray catalog which do not yet feature here at the eStore.
03/01/21 - Sharps Containers are now in short supply. For scalpel blades that fit on, and are removable from, metal handles, consider the Swann-Morton Blade Removal Unit (GM5520/1) or individual Blade Removers (GM5502). However, note that these products do not work with the Disposable Blades with plastic handle, and are only suitable for scalpel blades, not any other types of sharp instruments.

05/03/20 - Defend/Mydent Disinfecting/Deodorizing/Cleaning Wipes in the XL Size are available in cases. We are experiencing a second wave of demand for the Hand Sanitizer Kiosk Stands, however those being ordered now will ship by the end of this month, if not sooner.
04/27/20 - Both Ammex and Mydent/Defend Disposable Nitrile and Vinyl Gloves are now out of stock for the foreseeable future. The availability of Defend/Mydent Disinfecting/Deodorizing/Cleaning Wipes is limited to our remaining inventory of single canisters until further notice.
04/19/20 - Just a reminder that our Dispensers, Organizers, Kiosk Stands and Cabinets for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) DO NOT include any contents - no face masks, disposable gloves, gowns or eyewear. We have also now withdrawn from sale all Ammex/GlovePlus branded products until such time as manufacturing has recovered sufficiently to meet existing orders. Our anticipated shipment of Anti-Fog Goggles and Touchless Infrared Thermometers has not yet arrived.
04/14/20 - Alcohol Prep Pads are back in stock, we are continuing to restrict the quantity that may be ordered. New orders for Kiosk Stands (for Hand Sanitizers and other PPE); earliest availability/shipping now updated to 06/18/20 (existing orders are still on schedule for May 2020). A limited selection/stock of Eyewear is also now available again.
04/13/20 - Orders for Disinfecting/Deodorizing/Cleaning Wipes and some Disposable Gloves from Mydent/Defend are now shipping in a timely fashion. We continue to experience delays with Ammex/GlovePlus branded Disposable Gloves.
04/09/20 - As an infection control precaution, we have suspended returns for all COVID-19 related products.
04/06/20 - The Expedited shipping option for COVID-19 pandemic related items is not recommended at this time, we'll get them to you as quickly as we can - if you do choose Expedited shipping at the checkout, then for the foreseeable future, we will change it to Standard shipping.
04/05/20 - Disposable Gloves are now in critically short supply, some types and sizes may not be immediately available, but we cannot tell you which ones since it varies from day to day. We are still accepting orders where the product page shows Add to Cart, but be prepared for delayed shipping in some cases. We do not have current availability of any; Face Masks, Pulse Oximeters, Eyewear or Thermometers. We are expecting a small shipment of Anti-Fog Goggles and Touchless Infrared Thermometers towards the end of the coming week. There are delays for orders of Disinfecting/Deodorizing/Cleaning Wipes, however these will be fulfilled as quickly as possible.
03/25/20 - All types of Eyewear now have severely restricted availability, expect long delays for shipping, color substitutions and cancellation of orders that cannot be fulfilled.
03/23/20 - We no longer have Protective Gowns available - manufacturer's stock is depleted. Disposable Gloves are also now in short supply, expect prolonged lead times and possible outages. Due to the size of the crisis and speed of the outbreak, manufacturers will not be able to come close to meeting the surging global demand.
